though I havenāt purchased book but I think screenshots for creating new developer account could be added along with exact urls from where cards,phone numbers and proxies can be purchased.
Itās very good idea! I will think about it! But unfortunately there is one problem - mostly cards are available only for some countries. Every country has other card provider, so it will be hard to check all providers for every countryā¦ The same is for phone cards - in one country you can buy 100 prepaid phone cards for few cents and in the other one - there are no prepaid cards at allā¦
