Yes, you can. Why not?
You could try to get a lease for OSD. I don’t understand what the problem would be if you did it. Anything you lease on is possible and much safer, so I recommend you try it. Everything becomes much more official and more secure when you take out a loan for something. Even when a person wants to buy a home, people resort to a mortgage to make the process easier and safer. I did the same. I took a mortgage from Mortgage Broker Hull, and so everything was very simple. So you’d better think about that.
