No matter what I ask, he answers the same answer.
Is the worst customer service I have ever encountered…

I also asked him if he is a robot? The same answer.
There are 5 kinds of robot answering modes, and the answers are all irrelevant to my question.
I will laugh when I see. I give up using this company. Share it for everyone see.

They may have an automated email header and footer, but they clearly seem to be asking you to provide information so they can evaluate your apps before going live.
