Normally what happens here is a developer develops a game,or an app and create a thread here to say I have this game on the market.
Also he says Rate my Game 5+.
What do you do?
Do you download the game/app and then rate it? or simply rate it blindly. ?
You cannot rate without downloading the app.
You can rate it without installing it
No, thats the message I get when I try to rate an app on Google Play that I have not previously installed:
“You must install this app before submitting a review.”
But i can do it and have done it many times
