I presume most of you understand the traditional ways of marketing-Facebook ads, Twitter ads and in application ads. But there are many of you who don’t understand that there are loads of different ways of advertising and getting cheap traffic to your app.
Incentivise traffic is a great way to get traffic to your application fast and get it ranked up in the Google play store/App Store. The aim of this is to get your application seen by more people therefore getting more organic traffic.
It’s easy for someone to get their application high in the charts but it’s really hard to maintain that high ranking.
There are many different aspects that need to be perfect with your application.
-Catchy logo
-Short and concise description (including all the relevant keywords)
-Fast install time
-Simple and concise to navigate round
-Social media presence
That’s just to name a few.
Another way of promoting-
Using social influences (celebrities) 
You’ve seen them on TV you seen them on YouTube so why not get them to talk about your app? It’s as simple as them talking about the app saying how much they like it and putting the app link in the description. It’s as simple as that. That will get you organic traffic.
But do you be warned this can take a lot of time following up people and negotiating deals. And you do need to be prepared to meet some divas on the other end of your emails. I’m now in contact with over 300 influences. What does that including Selena Gomez.
