What does 1 publisher/Unlimited publishers mean on the web page: CodeNgo - Self-Publishing Pricing
Shouldn’t the plans be based on the number of apps which can be uploaded in a particular plan?
Is it possible for them to pick up all the resources from google play store (title, description, icon, screenshots, apk) and do the publishing on our behalf?

Unlimited publishers allows for a user to use 1 CodeNgo account and publish on behalf of different publishers. This is primarily something agencies might use. It means that they don’t have to set up multiple accounts on CodeNgo in order to manage multiple publishers. For users with more than 5 apps we offer custom pricing plans.
We can and do pick up most of the required information from the Play store but different stores have different requirements so some additional information is required. In addition, the assets requirements for many stores are different. We developed an image resizing tool specifically for this so that you can quickly resize your Google Play images to work for all stores that we support.
