Hire Someone for Marketing App

I am really hoping some you guys might know of someone that you use to market your apps. It’s pretty frustrating to see my hours and hours of effort in building my apps go to waste when my apps are hidden in the Play Store.

So if anyone knows of any companies or individuals that are skilled in app marketing I’d really appreciate if you could be so kind as to point me in their direction. I figure if my efforts towards marketing aren’t working then I could just try hiring someone that is an expert at that.
