Help for integrate admob ad in my android app

I’ve purchased an android app with admob banner, and my ctr in admob is very low no more than 0.50 per cent , I want to add another ad unite named interstitial ads by admob. anyone have an tutorial how to integrate admob interstitial ads to your android app
