Hello guys, so I wanted to make google play dev. account, I paid $25 but then they rejected payout and said me to send my ID. I done that and they confirmed that everything is okay now, but $25 that I paid is rejected. And I don’t know how to pay agian for it? I got this “The payment is still being processed and will last up to 48 hours…” anyway, point is that money won’t come bescause is rejected and I don’t know how to pay agian that $25?
