Ok Reloadable Cards are a no go since by law they require real information in order to activate the cards.
What prepaid Gift cards have you guys had success with. I am tired of asking friends for new accounts, I only have so many friends and family. 
So far I tried twice with Blue Bird Checking card from walmart, one time failed and one time was a success.
Paypal prepaid is a no go.
