Well, on the internet I found this:

I’m surprised that it’s not already posted here. Anyway, I found that in 2012 Google done the same to Allen Wong - they took from him appx. $100.000 just before the payday (it’s in his book, as well as on his fanpage).

Anyone found similar situations with Google? If this will be true (and it appears to be so since Allen changed to iAds just because of that situation where they don’t wanted to pay his money) I think that AdMob is no more safe to use since any given moment You could be banned.

this automatic trigger when you reach over $ xxxxx in your account also occurs in banks. if you receive or withdraw sums much greater than you previously did (or over a threshold) you automatically get flagged for a manual inspection. The only fix that comes to my mind is to split the income into couple of networks and banks.
