Violation explanation
ADS AND CONTENT OVERLAP: As stated in our program policies, publishers are not permitted to alter the behavior of AdMob ads in any way. This includes placing ads so that they cover any part of the application content or parts of an application covering any portion of the ads. If your app has drop-down menus they are not permitted to cover AdMob ads.
LAYOUT ENCOURAGES ACCIDENTAL CLICKS: Publishers are not permitted to encourage users to click on AdMob ads in any way. This includes any implementation that may encourage accidental clicks, such as placing ads near game play area or navigation bars, or placing ads and links extremely close together.
AdMob publishers may not display AdMob ads on applications with content protected by copyright law unless they have the necessary legal rights to display that content. This includes apps that display copyrighted material, apps hosting copyrighted files, or apps that provide links driving traffic to sites or apps that contain copyrighted material.
Examples of copyrighted content which may require legal rights in order to be displayed include, but are not limited to:
Television shows, movies, and audio files
Access to streaming cable or satellite television
Books and/or e-books
Video games
Images.
If you did not create the content yourself or if you created it using other peoples’ content as source material then you should ask yourself if you have a license or if an exception applies. I did not break the copy rights, intellectual and through clarify that the application is not official, but given to facilitate the process of follow-up the Tv show … The episodes are all present on the servers, Google did not delete it and I facilitated the process of follow-up … Is there a solution for tapping the growing ads that told me Google.
