What if I provide Windows and Linux versions of some of my Android games for free ?
Do you think it will increase the number of downloads of my games?

Why free? Giving things away free cheapens them. (it’s my opinion only though)
You could try though with one or two games - maybe it will provide you with some free advertising for the Android versions.
My games are rather simple and I don’t believe anyone would pay for them.
But as everybody loves free stuff, I’m thinking release them for free but with in-app ads of my android games.
See: if one liked the Windows / Linux version and has an Android, chances are they will download its Android version.
