We realize a lot of app devs need to get the word out about their apps, and that reviews are a great way to do that. The problem is that a lot of review sites charge money, which many devs can’t afford. That is why we have created App Apes. A completely free app review website.
For a complete written review, we only require you follow us on Twitter. This helps us, as well as indie devs as a whole with getting new reviews noticed. If you don’t want to follow us, we will still add your app, just without a written review.
We have also made a helpful list of other app review websites. Separated into three categories. Free, Paid, and Hand-picked.
I wish you best luck and I hope your game revew site will be much popular. In my opinion internet needs such websites because mainstream sites review only top apps. I think you may succeed with it:)

To everyone else, We are still doing free reviews, even though it is December now. Feel free to submit your apps! Remember to submit your app on the website, not in this forum post though. The website form submits to several reviewers, where as they cannot see the forum posts here.
I was recently looking at the links on your web page to sites for free app reviews for Android. Most of the links point to sites where the latest review is a couple of years old, most probably those sites are not updated anymore. Other links point to sites that deal with hardware or other stuff, but not free app reviews. It might make sense for you to update the links Regards!
