I want to try FAN, still app have to be in market?
They are writing in docs about 14 days accept. Is it so long? 
It took around 2 days for me. I used the link of another app in the market but plan to add the IDs I got from that app in more than one apps that will not make it in GP.

Seems so. For sure I am getting live ads, impressions and clicks already. And really impressed at the stats, even though it is extremely early.
