Conversion tracking without adMob SDK possible in Android app?

Hello, I have a simple question, but can’t find it.

Is it possible to track conversions in adMob without adding the adMob SDK to an Android application?

Yes , In General, you can create tracker URL and use the SDK of tracking/analytics service provider.
The most common is Google Analytics and my favorite is Flyrry (but you need to add SDK of respective tracking/analytics service provider)

Other options: MAT (Hasoffers) and Appsflyer. Those 2 are the most popular ones.
