Buy reviews - First time

Hello,

i’m planning to buy reviews to boost my app from a 4,0 ranking to a 4,5 ranking. Two questions:

  1. Is it safe or could you get suspended for doing this?
  2. Will Google delete payed reviews? I think it is a bad deal to buy 100 reviews and 90 will be deleted.
