hope i’m in the right section of this forum, and you unterstand my english. What are your experiences from buying app templates (Example: Top Selling & Best Mobile App Templates Nov 2015 | CodeCanyon) and upload them to Google Play ? It sounds very cheap (20$ for a full functional app). What is the catch?
The catch is, the app has to more than just run, to be successful
Actually the catch is creativity, you need to think of a way to turn those templates into a fun and “original” app.
And if you succeed, creativity can also help you monetize your app better.
I have some apps created with those templates, and what I did was turn the template into a niche app and use my own monetization solutions.
In resume, you need to think out of the box.
