What do I need to watch out for? I have the dirt pad ready. Summertown Metals are putting up the barndo. I have already hired a plumber and electrician. My neighbors son does Sheetrock & remodeling. I will probably use him a lot on the inside work. Going to hang the insulation myself. Going to do all the painting & floors. Any tips appreciated!!
Sounds like you need a sheet metal guy/HVAC guy. Watch out for the guy that does a lot of different trades. Jack of all trades means he is a master of none!
