If you can’t monetize some territories you should put it in your terms
for example: 5c from usa 1c from western europe 0c from Africa or whatever.
It is very inconsiderate to have people integrate your SDK and then tell them that you won’t honor your terms
after all. What about if somebody has 50% USA traffic at the moment and next week there is a spike in downloads from
other areas reducing the USA percentage.
Sorry but you look completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Because your app is not good at USA so they dont want to apps without good USA traffic . Just like my apps and my accounts . They closed my account too .
