I just got a mail from AppsZoom.
It seems like they do cross-promoting. You display apps from other developers in ads, they do the same. You would obviously make less money since you are forfeiting some traffic, but you would also gain more installs (in the hopes of a snowball effect).
Has anyone ever tried AppsZoom or other cross-promotion services? Please share your experiences.
I would proceed with caution because in the description of their app its says 3.5 million users but their official app download count is 100,000-500,000 . That sounds a little bit flaky to me.

their old app got removed for some reason, plus they could have downloads from their website which gets tons of traffic and other app markets.
