Just email [email protected] they respond usually with-in 24 hours. there has been times in the past where I emailed them apps and they placed onto my account or they uploaded on thier accounts.

Same here. I had also contacted through the contact form at the bottom, and also messaged a couple of admins or moderators in their forums.

I received an answer from Mobile9 saying they are working on trying to fix the problem. Hopefully they will sort it out fast.
