Airpush isn't serving ads

All my apps with airpush aren’t serving ads… This is just ridiculous… Phil. Airpush?

That explains my last numbers…

no ads no money nothing

Yeap, this is SUPER ANNOYING…if by the end of the week this problem doesn’t get solved then I’m switching the ad network.

A serious company will at least inform their publishers that there are problems on their side and it will be resolved within a few hours/days.

Very disappointed in their service lately. But it used to be one of the best networks a few months ago

Its been like this since the new SDK and now they are just taking developers for granted. $150 million revenue company can’t keep up with servers?

I can understand if its just one of these days but when its everyday, means something is seriously wrong with this company or their tech guys

Hi Mizizi,

Which ad units are you referring to? What message are you seeing? Or are you having a decrease in impressions?

@Phil.Airpush , you see that everyone is having problems showing the banners and smartwall. There are period of times(each day) when the banners and smartwall simply doesn’t appear in our apps. This of course leads to no impressions and low to no revenue at all.

Just tell us if you know about this kind of issue or it’s something completely new for you to hear about such issues.

Me too , I am seeing like 10% fill rate for the new SDK apps , with very low CPM

I tested with my new app and it is now cause to crash . Here is the log

For now… ads are shown, but stats are not changing for over 2 hours!

Just check your dashboard for smatwall, You will notice only 20% of impressions served of the total Ad request.

Phil, You are very well aware of the issue. When will you guys fix it rather than asking the same question again and again.

On other side, anyone know how I can rotate Startapp Exit ads with Airpush. Startapp is giving me $12 eCPM on one of my apps which is insane. Airpush is now down the drain, Might as well switch to startapp now

Isn’t that only with new SDK?
Now stats got updated, and I can see 12k Ad Requests to 16k Impressions for smartwall.
