Please kindly help me to share some idea about Airpush advertise, it is good or not? and I found that they need us to fill the form to declare the Tax. I am the Individual Account Type and I am not at USA also. so I need to fill this form too or not?

Airpush is a good ad network, high eCPM, quickly support. But it shows EULA. About tax form, it’s easy to fill and submit if you are not American.
