Admob CPA campaign, different cost / conversion?

@Edit, it took a while for the new conversions showed up. Now it says 0.10 per conversion and seems allright.

Hello,

yesterday I tried for the first time to run a CPA campaign on Admob. I setted CPA to 0.10 on all Ads, these are the figures of that day:

2016 clicks
75 conversions
35.75 euro cost
0.48 cost / conversion

now I have a cost per conversion of 0.48. I thought I would pay 0.10 per install. So I thought cost / conversion should be 0.10, because I thought a conversion is the same as an install?

Or does this work different?
