Add apps to other app stores and not google play?

I everyone,

so I have about 5 banned wallpaper apps from google play.
Is it possible to upload it to other app stores such as slideme, samsung apps, androidpit, getjar, mobanjo, etc?
Do they somehow link them to the banned in google play? Or there’s no relation whatsoever?

I’m using admob if that matters.

AFAIK you can, but remove the reason they were banned or they won’t be accepted anyway. Especially on Samsung Apps, SlideMe and Amazon - they review each app…
