The fact is Galaxy Y can not play High-Resolution mp4 video which is higher than 640*340.
Please consider solution using 3-rd app: - Search and install “MX Player”.
- Download video with InstaDownloader.
- In tab “Recent Files”, choose “Folder icon”.
- From option list, choose “Select Viewer” and choose MX Player.
