Admob payment method

hello brothers . i have a problem with my AdMob payment .

i have 140$ but when i go to my payment to add payment method the button is stile disable because the percentage of payment stay in 7% . like just i have 6.1 $
I suffer from this problem from January because 6.1 is the revenue of Janvier :frowning: please help me .
