Admob pricing method

I am new to using ad networks and admob. I have got two question about using admob and the pricing method they use.

  1. I read on forums that admob only pays for clicks which is CPC method. But I saw stats here (Mobile Ad Networks Comparison Spreadsheet) and it says that admob supports CPM and CPI methods as well. Does Admob use CPM and CPI method? If yes, then how can I show ads based on that method?

  2. If admob always pays only for clicks, then what about rewarded interstitial ads? Is it possible to use CPCV method to show rewarded interstitial ads?
