How can a desktop app be monetized? Are there any ad networks who offer ads for desktop applications and most specifically for Java/JavaFX desktop apps?
I think you can do it via installers and download managers, which are already loaded with ads, offers, browsers add-ons, etc. Since I’m not much into desktop apps, the only network I know is Widdit (Synergy). Hope that helps
