Cannot add a payment method in Admob

My estimated earnings with Admob this month is ~$1300.00. When I go to the Payment Settings tab to add a new payment method, it says “You may select a payment method after your payable earnings on payment history reaches $10.00. Learn more”.

What does that mean? Is there any Admob support forum where they can resolve such issues quickly?

I had same situation - need to wait “some time” for calculationg data - that said admob’s consultant. Please check after week later.
