Its been so long that I have received any Android updates from Moto. However, Moto officially stated that they have send updates for Moto G5s Plus devices??? What could be the reason of not getting the update on my device???
I am also waiting for the updates, i think it depends on your carrier…
I recently got an update, thought it was just a security bug fix. Not an update!

Perhaps, it’s a problem with your mobile phone. Or it was beta update. I know that some Android phones don’t allow beta-test updates.
Seems this device already stop their update service. Same happen with my Xiaomi Smartphone, it stop receiving major update last year. It so sad.
