Instructions on how to get TexturePacker for free

I started working on my first AndEngine game recently and I came accross TexturePacker. Unfortunately, after a week of a trial period, I was left out with the free version lacking a lot of useful, not to say essential, functionality. After some google searching it turned out, that you can get a key for free, if you have a blog about game/software/web development. Luckily, I happened to have one and I described the process of acquiring a key in one of my progress reports. I don’t want to repeat myself, so take a look if you’re interested:

There are tons of free alternatives. LibGDX has one for example.

…but it’s not as good and you can’t export for AndEngine
