This is the most fun project I’ve worked on in a while. I’m a big fan of hiking and the outdoors in general, and during the winter it gets dark pretty early where I live. As a result, I wanted a way to find out how much daylight was left. The result was Sunrise Sunset. The idea was to provide a a way to calculate the amount of light left in the day (based on sunset and civil twilight), and provide it in the most simplistic format possible.

I did a little more work to provide a way to calculate sunrise/sunset/twilight times at other locations at other times during the year. This resulted in the (paid) Sunrise Sunset Premium.

My next goal for a minor release is to do a little better job of highlight the sunrise and sunset times in the Time Calculator activity; right now they are a little buried in all the twilight times. After that, I hope to release a home screen widgit that might include some weather data as well. Please check them out and let me know what you think If you like the app, please leave feedback!
