Google AdMob ad serving has been disabled to your application

Violation explanation

GOOGLE PLAY REMOVAL: AdMob publishers are not permitted to abuse or promote the abuse of any Google product, such as Google Play, YouTube, or Blogger. This includes circumventing, or providing the means to circumvent, the policies or terms of these or other Google products, such as by allowing users to download YouTube videos.

If your app is removed by Google Play policy enforcement, please contact Google Play about an app removal here. If Google Play reinstates your app, please submit an appeal to our team.

Action required: Check account for compliance
While ad serving has been disabled to the above app, your AdMob account remains active. We suggest that you take the time to review the rest of your applications to ensure that they’re in compliance with our policies, and to monitor your apps accordingly to reduce the likelihood of future policy emails from us. Additionally, please note that our team reserves the right to disable accounts at any time if we continue to see violations occurring.

This is for the application, that is not online (removed almost 1 month ago). And actually it doesn’t have anything to do with Google. But inside the application there is also a webview, and if you click on youtube it will redirect to youtube (normal webkit webview). I am not abusing / circumventing. No way to download a video from youtube etc.

The account status is active.

Should I appeal, or just ignore?

ignore ignore ignore ignore ignore ignore ignore ignore ignore ignore.

they don’t listen to developers. :frowning:

Just ignore. 1% chance to reinstate. Try it if you got nothing to do.

Actually I don’t want to reinstate. As I removed that application from store more than a month ago. Maybe they also have “3 apps policy” to ban the account, just to appeal so that they don’t count it.

Trying my best to find a replacement for admob :frowning: just started using appflood, will see how they perform…

I just received the same notice. Anyone knows what this really mean? The app they stopped for me is a ringtone app. Nothing to do with anything in the desc. Confused and I know I can not ask them.

Admob is the only network to ban apps for this reason, I’ve never heard of a 3rd party network banning for this reason.
Maybe time to switch to another network.

Misunderstood OP.

not sure if good place,

but my AdMob account was suspended just after about: 50 requests, 30 impressions, and 5 clicks, did they went nuts or what ?

But what is this about? It’s a ringtone app and all the sounds are on the actual app. These ppl are getting really annoying. Is this some generic message, or does it mean something. Was it removed cause it was on Amazon and not google.

those 5 clicks were from you?

no Sir, they were not.
