What happened to their support used to answer quickly now the just see my question and do nothing about just merge into the previous ticket.

Can a representative from StartApp tell us why you are not answering support tickets and just merging them. I got my bonuses and everything but I wanted to talk about another issues and they don’t answer me and it looks like they don’t answer anyone what is going on ?
