With SODA startapp will work like FAN ad network … For example If you bought a bike recently then it will show you ad about helmets in the app which has more chances to get clicked

I never got any issue from Startapp but their eCpm sucks till last month …Presently I am getting 1-1.5$ for interstitials… I am using them as backfill…
