Giving you the benefit of the doubt, how about this? You add a new icon to your widget, something that obviously looks like a Close button (big red cross, for example), and when pressed, the user gets a dialogue “Are you sure you want to close Mobario? You can enable it again later from the widgets menu”. There, no complicated and unintuitive click-and-drag shenanigans, and you even make it much easier for people who like using the widget but sometimes prefer it temporarily gone while watching a video or gaming.
