I believe the time has come, to review your policy regarding newer threads. The spamming evils are making this wonderful source of education a source of frustration. I think, each newly created thread needs to be checked manually before getting published. For getting the job done you can give responsibility to two or three frequently available members. ( It would be an honor for me too :D). I think its not a big deal, because not many new threads are getting started each day and humans can easily and timely manage such limited work flow
