I’m working on a website http://www.TheReviewSwap.net) not for exchanging 5 star ratings, but instead exchanging ‘reviews’ without focusing on the rating. I was motivated to make the site based on these kind of threads.

The purpose is to exchange honest feedback. I’d say swapping 5 star ratings/reviews while barely using the other’s app is taking the easy way out - wouldn’t you much rather find out if there is some feature your app is missing, or there if there’s a major bug nobody has reported? It’s better to find those things out now instead of when your app is famous, right? It would probably help you get to that point faster. I hope some (or most) of you guys agree.
