As per Mandukya Upanishad AUM:

I also have several problems with my sleep. I tried a lot of methods for falling asleep faster. Firstly I bought myself a new pillow, a weighted blanket, and a mattress but it didn’t work well. After several attempts of changing my sleeping regime, I started to during a little bit of vodka before going to bed. It helps me but I understand that this is not healthy. I started to meditate and listen to music for sleep. I was thinking that this won’t work. After i have seen te effect I was wondered and now I try to find as more music for falling asleep as I can
