MobileCore and Gambling ads?!

So today I noticed that mobileCore is sending Gambling ads in my app.
I spoke with my account manager to disable all ad categories that have rating higher than PEGI 3 but apparently they are sending Gambling Ads.
Anyone have these problems? What should one do in this situation?
Gambling ads are appearing in PEGI3 apps.
Updating apps is not an option and mC doesn’t have option to pause serving ads.

yeah all ad networks are sending out FanDuel Ads and DraftKings Ads to USA. I saw from Airpush, StartApp, Heyzap, Mobilecore, and im sure others are doing it as well.

Google Secretly and quietly approved both of these gambling apps to their app market. I got one of my apps suspended because of it, and they denied my appeal despite my claims of them approving the apps on the app market.

Google Play quietly approves gambling apps ahead of the NFL season - Fortune

Yeah well **** that.
I thought MobileCore is trustworthy ad network but it seems that they are not.
Guess it’s time to try other ad networks.
PS. The Advert is about some myVEGAS Slots free Casino app.
Everyone who uses mC should check their apps and what kind of ads they are displaying.

Other networks also show this ad

Yeah well the thing is neither Google nor I care about this. It’s making my apps violate Google Policy and that is bad. When I spoke to my account manager they said “We disabled all those ad categories, you’re safe.” but then I look and see that my apps are violating policy because of ads. That is very unprofessional for ad companies.
I hope that AppNext doesn’t do this. I’m done with mC.

Just increase the rating of your apps.

Content rating or old rating system?
Ads are considered as part of app content. And I think that Google said that we should not lie about content rating as in set higher content rating than it is.
I am confused.

You didn’t lie, ads are part of app, so you need to rate it higher, isn’t it?

Well that does make sense. So I can still set all those ratings, include gambling and other sensitive categories just to be on safe side.
But what happens when there are no gambling ads?

Well the problem is fixed, It was mainly my fault.
But regardless mC awesome support helped me and the problem was fixed immediately. And it was on weekend!!
No doubt they have the best support. And, I don’t have to change my content ratings!
Feeling really stupid for overreacting.

How did you/them fixed the problem?

Well I contacted them, and they set the filter again.
I wasn’t expecting answer from them because it was weekend(that’s why I created this stupid topic) but they answered me and solved the issue. I was really surprised when I got the email. Most ad networks take a long time to get reply but not mobileCore. And it was weekend not business days! lol They really care about publishers

That’s good to know, I just got an email from Google Play about disabling an App availability to South Korea for some gambling Ads but they didn’t specify which Ads exactly… Hope the MobileCore filter is still working properly.
By the way, MC is in Israel and their weekend is Fri-Sat. Sunday is a working day.

Yeah typical email from Google, makes thing more confusing than they already are. Write lots of words explain nothing, include too many possibilities.
I never had problems with mC up until now and I worked with them for a long time, and this was fixed very fast. I am very selective when it comes to ad networks, and I would recommend mC them to a friend of mine.
I always thought they were in Japan. I guess it’s because of those animations on login screen. But it’s very convenient because they are 1 day ahead of rest of the world. And in my situation it was very useful.

That animating cat should be from China!
