Hey

I’m trying to get new Gplay account but every time I’m getting this error :

Your order from Google has been cancelled

Why this happens ? (I’m using new VCC, new name, new address.)

Is it that you once already had an account and got removed. If so please try it from a seperate IP

I tried with seperate IP, mac address… Sometime I can open a new account in seconds, sometimes days.

Same here. I’m trying in virtual machine with new IP using Visa gift card.

Yeap, I have a same situation.
I use VirtualBox + new IP + new virtual visa
Sometimes I get new account immediately, sometimes 2-3 days, but now I always get error.

what is virtual card?
i use card which register at bank.
i think i only need write numbers on card.
can i write address not true?
ex:
visa card:
address: abc
number card: 123
on google play acc
address: def
number card: 123
