While browsing website www.adxmi.com i found that adxmi support banner adformat.My app major traffic source is from asian countries so i would like to know what's your ecpm for banner ads?Currently with 35k impression on an app i get around $0.05 ecpm on another ad network. I would like to know what's the ecpm on your network?

3. have no special condition. as you can reach to the payout minimum threshold, then you can withdraw your payment weekly

WE currently support only videos and offerwall/appwall (can do as API), but will launch banners and interstitials by July 2015.
Our ecpm of videos is quite attractive and high, fill rate is especially high in Asian areas. You can consider to have them if suitable for your apps.
