An email was sent out to all publishers before November stating that all apps have to have the latest ad units to be qualified for payments. As you did not do so the earnings have not been released. You have to follow our publisher terms of service to be paid.

If you want to be paid always on time, consider switching to Appodeal.
It allows to request payments at any time without delays.

Appodeal also provides higher revenues.
It only supports Android interstitials, though.
