Any Ad network that lets you advertise with your pending earning?

I have absolutely no experience with running an advertising campaign.
It looks like you need a credit card to buy adv balance in admob and I don’t have one… Does admob allows running ads by transferring your pending earning to ad-fund?
I have ad balance in admob,airpush,startapp…

AdMob - not anymore.
Maybe check AppBrain? They allow to use the earning but only when they are ready to be paid (so after a month). They have requirements as to what you can advertise (4+ grade etc.).
