The main driving force for Google Play rankings, after keywords in the game title, is the number of persistent installs, ie. the number of people who install it divided by the number of people who uninstall it.
The rating doesn’t affect the ranking that much, but it does affect how many users who look at your game actually install it.
So I’ve got a proposition, you install my game, keep it installed for at least a week, and I’ll install two of your games and keep them installed pretty much permanently. (I’ll install them to BlueStacks App Player, meaning that HDD space isn’t an issue).
You rate my game 5 stars, I’ll rate both of your games 5 stars.

If you do a lot of review trading, consider installing BlueStacks App Player and linking it to your Google Account. The set it so it doesn’t start on Windows launch.
