Hello everyone. Can buying massive ratings, say 500 five star ratings, get the app banned? If so, can we easily take down competitor apps by buying cheap five star ratings?
doubt it. i bought a lot of fake ratings and it has had zero impact if any.
It’s against the terms to buy ratings of any kind. You will get banned if Google finds out.
So your app got banned? Did you only buy ratings or reviews as well?
How can they even find out? until Google resides in our heart 
Anyways if fake ratings can get your app banned, then it is very easy to take down competitors
Google has its own ways to find who placed the reviews. Obviously they won’t ban the app if they don’t have proof the owner of the app tried to manipulate the ratings.
