Keywords Installs or Facebook Ads?

I have $250 now. With this, I can advertise on Facebook for total $750 (with billing threshold).

I got $0.15 CPI on Facebook from previous campaign. What should I choose?
Facebook ads or Keyword Installs ?

i know you have only $250, but my advice is to use both keywords and Facebook ads

I recommend you [b]buy keyword installs[/b] to boost your app ranking and then make more people see your app in the app store. Or you can do both of them, and see which effect is better and then do one of it.
