I want to share my experience with Keyapp.top with you all
Unlike most I have used (and I have used many!), Keyapp.top not only sells incentivized installs, but also lets you attach a keyword to the installs so that your app is more visible in Play Store when users search for your keyword.
Pricing is 9 cents/install without keyword boost and 16 cents/install with keyword boost
Plus, you can buy ratings and reviews! The downside is Google deletes 20-80% of the ratings and reviews bought (probably detects them as spam)…
